The Windham Community Bands are very excited about this year’s annual fundraiser gala; themed “Silver Jubilee – 25 Years of Musical Memories” and you are invited! Our 25th annual music event will be held at Windham’s Castleton Banquet and Conference Center on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, from 5:00 to 10:00pm. Please come and enjoy dinner, dancing, raffles, and our talented ensembles.
Tickets are $65 per person, or $600 for a table of 10. Your ticket includes entry, dinner, and a chance to win our door prize drawing. A cash bar will be available throughout the evening.

Our theme was chosen in celebration of our 25th Annual Evening of Music. This is our 25th Castleton over our 27-year history! We’ll be performing several musical pieces that will highlight our legacy and pull from programs of the past. We’ll also be taking this great opportunity to recognize our founders and members of the band who have been with us for the entire musical journey! Please take this chance to rediscover the bands and enjoy a fun musical event.
The evening will begin with cocktails available at the cash bar and a decorative cheese display. We’ll have a variety of raffle baskets to peruse, a 50/50 raffle and door prizes.
Next, a full plated dinner will include sirloin of beef, with vegetarian and other special meal options available.
After dinner, the Concert Band will perform around 7:30pm. To close out the night, we'll welcome the Swing Band to entertain us with big band tunes and dancing around 8:30pm, with two sets.
